Are your memberships really month-to-month?
Yes, all memberships can be terminated at anytime. Billing goes out the first of the month and all start times are pro-rated.
What if I want to bring a client in for a meeting?
All memberships include meeting room credits for this purpose. The only requirement is that guests sign-in upon arrival at the front desk.
Can I use Cloudport as my business address?
We allow members to use Cloudport as a business address. Mail and packages are distributed by our community management team.
What are your building hours? When are you open?
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Doors are automatically locked during non-business hours.
Do you have on-street parking available?
Hourly street parking is always free on Federal Street. Assigned parking is also available for an additional charge.
